                Dincharya , Daily health routine –  from 4 am to 10 pm  -  Early to bed and  early to rise makes a man  healthy  wealthy and  wise / Ratri me sone se 3 ghanta pahle halka aur supachya khana khayen /  minimum 6 hrs . maximum 8 hrs soyen ,   8 pm to 10 pm ke bich sojayen /  10 pm to 4 am  - Nisha , Ratri pahar (for bhut , prĂȘt, chor , dacoit ,anti social elements  etc.  except hospital , railway , police , etc. work ) , / 4 am ke pahle bed  na choren ,  nind tut jay to urin ko ja sakte hain , bed per pare pare bhagwan ka nam len ; ujala hone  ke bad , per sun rise  se pahle bed  jarur chhor den   / --- uthte ke sath urine ,, / fresh air oxygen ke liye sabhi khirki [windw] kolen / filter ghaila me pani bhare / mobile charge / hair comb / eye [ankho]  per pani /  toilet ke liye khub pani piyen /  tooth brush slowly care fully not in hasty /  Shaving / more water , morning walk  , pranayam , exercise yogasan , / paper 1st page, imp new heading  / bath , and god pooja  – must before sun rise  /
Basi Pani jo piye , Nit uth hare khaye ,
Mota datwan jo kare , Ta ghar Baidya na jaye  //
